Title:  Global Technology Lead - Manufacturing Excellence

Description:

We’re hiring a Global Technology Management Lead to join our Global Engineering team and help shape the future of technology across our supply chain. In this global role, you’ll lead the Technology Management pillar of our manufacturing excellence framework—developing strategy, processes, and governance that improve reliability, reduce costs, and enhance safety across our production network.

This is a high-impact opportunity to drive innovation and standardization at scale. You’ll collaborate with technical leaders across regions to build capability, implement global standards, and support continuous improvement. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on collaboration and cross-functional partnership. You’ll be part of a global team focused on delivering operational excellence through technology.

This position follows a hybrid schedule and can be based near any of our global offices or manufacturing facilities. Up to 25% travel is included in this role (more during initial deployment, less once the program matures).

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing Technical Standards - Create and maintain global work processes that connect local practices to global standards, reducing technology risk and driving operational savings. Ensure alignment across other pillars of our manufacturing excellence framework for cohesive execution.
  • Building and Deploying Capability - Own and maintain assessment standards for your technology pillar (Phases 1–3). Develop and manage a global skills matrix and lead training sessions to build technical capability across regional and plant-level teams.
  • Driving Governance and Progression - Track global deployment progress in partnership with regional leads and plant technical managers. Participate in monthly global engineering meetings to align efforts and share best practices.
  • Partnering Across Functions - Collaborate with engineering, procurement, maintenance, facilities, and other stakeholders to ensure integration across the network. Support loss elimination efforts and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Fostering Community and Collaboration - Sponsor communities of practice and work with global technical leaders and technology owners to identify needs and drive continuous improvement.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • A bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing operations, technology deployment, reliability, or cross-functional program leadership within a multi-site or global environment.
  • Ability to influence across levels, disciplines, and cultures.
  • A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Experience managing global programs across regions, time zones, and languages.
  • A track record of driving measurable improvements in operational performance through technology, process optimization, or capability building

Compensation

The annual salary range is $131,800- $173,040, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
