We prefer candidates based in Chicago, IL or Battle Creek, MI, but are open to remote arrangements for the right person.

  • Drive Technical Leadership – Serve as the global expert for facility design and construction, providing guidance and insight to North America and international manufacturing teams.
  • Architect the Future – Define and execute the strategic vision for facility innovation, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and operational excellence.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships – Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to translate business needs into scalable, high-impact facility solutions.
  • Own Program Delivery – Lead end-to-end management of global facilities programs, including budgeting, scheduling, execution, and performance tracking.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • A proven track record of managing multi-site programs with measurable outcomes in safety, efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • A strategic mindset with demonstrated success in driving innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement across global operations.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, making data-driven decisions, and leading through change in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.
