Title:  Associate Manager, Digital Enablement

Description: 

As the Associate Manager, Digital Enablement you will use your consumer first and data-driven mindset to develop and transform Kellanova owned experiences. This hybrid role in Chicago, IL is a critical enabler to executing Full Funnel Marketing across all the brands. It involves developing new capabilities to engage with consumers at different points along the digital consumer journey.

 

The role is part of the US Digital Consumer Experience team (DCX) and collaborates with brand and cross-functional partners. It focuses on embedding capabilities and informing the future product and capabilities roadmap. Core responsibilities include three key areas: Kellanova websites, first party data collection and brand promotions, and digital content ownership (including the Digital Asset Management Database, enabling Full Funnel Marketing for our brand activations across owned channels).
 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
 

  • Improve Site Accessibility – Analyze site data to identify opportunities on the brand site. Ensure a seamless site experience through core functionality and ADA compliance.
  • Setup and Monitor Content – Ensure all new products, site promotions, content assets and pages are properly set-up, scheduled, tested and monitored.
  • Streamline Promotions & Governance – Lead the promotion process and governance to streamline brand activations and data collection across brands. Run bi-weekly promotions council meetings and manage the promotion demand tracker.
  • Report Data to Stakeholders – Deliver effective reports to internal and external stakeholders. Educate on available data and tool utilization.
  • Manage Assets & Trends – Oversee asset management maintenance for all products and content management. Review competitors to inform decisions and stay on top of new trends.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Digital Content Tools, WebEx, SEO, or Digital Promotions.
  • Marketing technology knowledge, including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and/or Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Demonstrated strength (technical skills and knowledge) in digital marketing competencies.
