Title:  HR Employee Services Specialist

Description: 

If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Human Resources team as a Human Resources Services Specialist. You will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end HR Employee Services for all employees are performed according to regional policies, local legislation, SLA, and statutory requirements, as well as professional support and guidance provided to employees and HR teams throughout the employee life cycle. This role ensures local employee services to address customer needs and satisfy customer experience. This hybrid role is located in Toluca with the expectation to be in the office 3 days / 2 days at home office – subject to change.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Onboarding Oversight: Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new employees, including reviewing and checking admissions.
  • New Hire Support: Contact new hires to facilitate medical checks and provide welcome kits.
  • Onboarding Leadership: Lead the onboarding process and provide support for payroll, social security payments, and general services.
  • HR Process Support: Assist with HR processes such as events, vacations, and addressing employee queries. Also, manage Human Resources monthly invoices and purchase orders.
  • Employee File Management: Manage employee files (HTR) including custody and maintenance of physical and electronic personnel records from hiring to termination.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Professional degree in Administration, HR or any other related field.
  • English proficiency desirable
  • +3 or more years of related work experience
  • PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision making and communications skills, as well as detail-oriented.
  • Results oriented.
  • Customer Service Focus.
