Title:  Machine Technician

Join Kellanova Snacks plant in Cary, NC as a Cheez-it Machine Technician. As a Machine Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our plant operations, contributing to the production of beloved Kellanova products enjoyed by millions around the world.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Safety First - Comply with and adhere to employee safety policies, OSHA Safety and Health rules, and food safety policies.
• Material Handling - Perform duties to receive, store, and transport materials to production areas.
• Machine Operation - Operate and maintain equipment such as walkie riders, forklifts, hand lifts, and pallet jacks.
• Mechanical Maintenance - Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting for Palletizer, VeriLogic Label Applicators, and Label Printers.
• Secure Procedures - Follow Lock Out Tag Out Safety Procedures and replace labels, ribbons, pallets, slip sheets, and shrink wrap.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• High School diploma or GED.

• Only Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform other assigned duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to work on weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
• Regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with company policies.
• Ability to interact well with other employees and work overtime as necessary.
