Title:  Manager, Omni Commerce/Shopper Marketing

Description:

To win in the new normal, we need your Omni approach and capabilities to drive conversion while elevating our customer relationships.  In your role as the Manager of Omni Commerce for Channels at Kellanova, you will help develop strategy and plans that deliver compelling, seamless, and rich experiences at the moment-of-purchase (both digital & physical). We’ll rely on your understanding of retailer media and in-store activation to create, sell, and execute an annual plan, prioritizing and optimizing investment across all shopper touchpoints.

This role collaborates with external stakeholders across our key retailer partners and agencies, along with internal partners in Sales, Shopper Insights, Brand Marketing and Category Strategy.

 

The role is an individual contributor and reports to the Director, Omni Commerce for the Channels Team.  Role is remote based.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Account Development – As a Manager, Omni Commerce you will take ownership of your business by leading the development and execution of commercial business plans that mutually deliver against customer and sales objectives. Provide best-in-class omni experience regardless of where or how the shopper shops.
  • Engagement - Develop purpose-driven, integrated plans; grounded in insights and customer growth opportunities.  Drive alignment with Sales, Category Teams, and our Retailers to ensure successful implementation of our strategy and commercial plans. 
  • Analytics – Knowing your business will be imperative in driving sales growth. Providing analytical guidance to the team around channel trends, investment strategy and other sales metrics will be key to your success.  Improve ROI by reviewing results and recommendations and enhancing plans to deliver growth objectives efficiently.
  • Budget Management – Responsible for managing an Omni Commercial budget across multiple customers and leading post program and post campaign analysis to determine overall effectiveness; refine budget across physical and digital conversion levers based on key learnings and insights.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Significant CPG industry sales, marketing or strategy experience with a manufacturer or retailer.
  • Experience with customer negotiations at management levels.
  • Experience communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals and audiences in both written and verbal methods.
  • Experience in developing marketing, sales, or communication strategy and plans
  • Prior exposure and/or experience with eCommerce.
  • Previous exposure and / or experience with Click and Collect and / or Direct to Consumer Business.
  • Experience with digital marketing and retailer media planning.
