Title:  VAT Business Partner KEU

Description: 

If driving change and creating impact from Day 1 excites you, this VAT Business Partner role in our Bucharest office might be for you. You’ll support the VAT team while leading continuous improvement initiatives to ensure consistent and reliable performance.

The role blends deep VAT process expertise with strategic leadership to drive performance, guide a team of subject matter experts, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

· VAT Process Leadership – Design, implement, and optimize VAT processes across 18 European jurisdictions, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

· Continuous Improvement – Drive initiatives aligned with KWS and Lean principles to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency.

· Team Development & Coaching – Lead and mentor a high-performing VAT team, fostering collaboration, ownership, and capability growth.

· Change Management – Guide transitions and major process changes with clarity and empathy, including system testing and pilot participation.

· Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with IT, finance, and audit teams to integrate VAT processes into ERP systems and support regulatory inquiries.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

· A University Degree or equivalent.

· Proven European VAT experience.

· Computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office Excel) coupled with good English knowledge.

· Experience in Multinational Consumer Goods Companies.

· Finance Software Proficiency.
