Title:  Transportation Planner (1 year fixed term contract)

In Kellanova (former Kellogg’s) we’re looking for a Transportation Planner to join us for a 12-month contract, where you’ll get the chance to manage daily transport planning, utilize our freight resources, and ensure timely and cost-effective stock movement.

 A Taste of What You’ll be Doing

• • Primary day-to-day contact with haulers - Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the haulers, checking transit time, delivery and associated costs.
  • Manage and execute transportation orders - Oversee bookings and monitor shipment status updates to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Partner with related departments - Work closely with supply planning teams to align transportation schedules with inventory needs. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading and unloading of goods. Partner with other transport teams to optimize routes and improve overall logistics efficiency
  • Continuously seek process improvements - Identify opportunities to enhance transportation processes.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• English proficiency - ability to communicate with haulers, warehouse staff, and other peers.
• Working knowledge of transportation rules and regulations.
• A solution-oriented mindset.
