Title:  Talent Acquisition Partner with Spanish

Are you passionate about connecting people with meaningful opportunities? Join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner (Full-time, Permanent Employment Contract) and play a key role in shaping our team’s success. 

 

You’ll manage the full recruitment process for roles in Spain and Italy, partnering closely with hiring managers to create a smooth, positive experience for candidates and colleagues. As part of our global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, you’ll collaborate with supportive teammates across regions and report to our Talent Acquisition Manager.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers/Stakeholders – Effective business partnering with stakeholders, offering market insights, and bringing a ‘consultant’ approach will be a key enabler to your success. 

  • Strategic Talent Sourcing – Leverage direct sourcing tools and technology to curate high-quality candidate shortlists, actively pipelining for the roles in scope i.e. Using SuccessFactors, Avature CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek out platforms. 

  • Experience – Delivering a positive candidate and manager experience throughout the recruitment process. 

  • Mission Contribution – Sell, close, and manage expectations of candidates, hiring managers and HR Partners. Effective execution, quality, and timeliness of all deliverables (Job postings, updates to CRM – Customer Relationship Management system and our ATS - applicant tracking system, Internal and external communications). 

  • Data and Insights - Leverages internal and external data to make objective recommendations that lead to the best talent hiring decisions. 

 

We’re Looking for Someone With 

  • An advanced level of English and Spanish language is essential. 

  • Full cycle recruitment expertise, from direct sourcing to offer presentation (either in-house, agency, or RPO). 

  • Experience in building effective partnerships/relationships with stakeholders across all levels. 

  • The ability to develop a sourcing strategy, with a passion for proactive researching and identifying top-talent candidates through effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. 

  • A flexible and change-embracing mindset with a fast-paced approach to recruitment.
