Title:  Supply Planner

Description: 

As a Supply Planner covering a paternity leave assignment, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless movement of products across our network. This is an excellent opportunity to combine analytical precision with operational excellence, driving processes that keep our supply chain agile and efficient.

 

Working at the intersection of planning, inventory optimisation, transportation, and stakeholder collaboration, you’ll partner with Category, Cluster, and Plant teams to deliver outstanding service to our customers. Your focus will be on maintaining optimal stock levels, minimising cost and cash impact, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen overall supply chain performance.

 

Reporting to the Integrated Planning Manager, you’ll join a team of eight that thrives on problem-solving and proactive decision-making. Based in Bucharest, Romania, this hybrid role offers flexibility while keeping you closely connected to the heart of our operations. You’ll combine hands-on planning cycles with strategic coordination to ensure every product is in the right place at the right time.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing 

 

  • Deliver with Accountability – Ensure the right product is in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities.
  • Balance Cost & Availability – Optimise product availability while controlling costs, maintaining process discipline throughout.
  • Execute Strategically – Bring Kellanova’s Supply Chain Strategy to life through daily and weekly planning processes.
  • Lead Core Processes – Manage key activities across categories, including exception handling, deployment, additional volume requests, inventory policies, non-performing inventory, phase-in/phase-out, and KSOE meeting preparation.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement – Collaborate with capability owners to enhance processes and results.
  • Act as Key Interface – Be the single point of contact between Category, Cluster, and Plants for day-to-day and weekly planning.
  • Escalate Promptly – Raise issues to leadership or Category teams quickly to prevent impact on results.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With 

 

  • Proficient in English
  • Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP/APO/BW)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple supply crises or competing priorities simultaneously
