Join Kellanova (formerly Kellogg’s) as a Supply & Reporting Analyst (12 Months Secondment), where you'll play a pivotal role in utilizing advanced supply planning reports and tools to generate valid planning proposals, which are executed by various functions according to their roles and responsibilities. This approach ensures the achievement of daily objectives and enables fact-based decision-making to meet short to mid-term service and financial targets.

 A Taste of What You’ll be Doing

 

  • Data and Analytical Reports: You will create regular and accurate data and analytical reports to support other functional roles in delivering Supply Planning Processes. Your reports will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and informed decision-making.
  • KPI Focused Dashboards: You will support Category, GBS, and Plant Processes by ensuring that KPI-focused dashboards are available. These dashboards will provide timely and quality data for effective decision-making.
  • Scenario Planning Insights: You will prepare data analysis and share insights around non-complex scenario planning. Your insights will enable swift and efficient decision-making, helping the team navigate various scenarios with ease.
  • Analytical Approach to Key Planning Processes: You will provide an analytical and data-based approach to key Planning Processes, including Additional Volume Requests, Weekly Direction Settings, Kellanova Sales & Operations Planning and Execution.
  • Root Cause Analysis Reviews: You will provide input into root cause analysis reviews to ensure that post-analysis around areas affecting service are understood. Your contributions will help identify continuous improvement programs and drive service excellence.

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Proficiency in English to effectively communicate and collaborate.
  • Proven experience in the supply chain planning domain and performing data scientist activities.
  • Skilled in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, APO) and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of database design, Visual Basic for Excel, and Tableau is a plus.
