As a Regional Finance Category FP&A Business Partner in Bucharest, you’ll partner with the Finance Business Partners and wider FP&A organization from Europe HQ to provide a high standard of financial support and value-added analysis to aid effective decision making.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Prepare and deliver accurate Regional financial reports (budgets, forecasts, and actual results)
  • Understands the reporting tool BPC consolidations and reconciles the P&L financials required to deliver the Category numbers to agreed deadlines.
  • Ensure source system data is complete and accurate by performing monthly system reconciliations.
  • Prepare the Market Standard Reporting pack/ Category Reporting pack for actual results and budget/ forecasts at Market / Region level.
  • Creates a culture of financial discipline, operational excellence, and continuous improvement with a drive towards enhanced productivity & customer experience.
  • Ad hoc project work

 

 

Your recipe for success

 

  • University Degree in Finance/Business-Related field + 3 years of related GBS/FP&A/Commercial Finance work experience essential.
  • Language skills- English (Required); Second Language (Preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, and deep Excel skills. Knowledge of Tableau/VBA would be an advantage.
  • Proficient knowledge of ERP and other financial planning systems (e.g. SAP, Anaplan);
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Takes ownership for his/her own work and actively seeks for improvement opportunities.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment cross functional with tight turnaround times for deliverables.
