Title:  Plant Finance Advisor - temporary contract until December 2027

Join us as Plant Finance Advisor – temporary until December 2027 in our Bucharest office and you’ll be an integral part of the team acting as key link between Finance and Operations by providing insight and visibility to the Plant and Co – Man Finance team on daily operations and issues.

In this role, you will partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and external manufacturing stakeholders to ensure the accurate execution of core financial processes, provide meaningful business insights, and support strong financial governance across the co-manufacturing network.

This role is based in our Bucharest, Romania office, with a hybrid working model that blends remote and on-site work.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Month-End Close & Financial Reporting: Execute key month-end activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for co-manufacturing operations while maintaining compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Forecasting & Financial Analysis: Support forecasting and planning processes by providing financial insights and analysis related to co-manufacturing activities, helping stakeholders understand performance drivers and business impacts.
• Purchase Price Variance (PPV) Management: Perform PPV analysis, identify key drivers of variances, and collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance partners to investigate issues and support corrective actions.
• Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement: Act as a trusted finance partner to the COMAN business, supporting operational decision-making, driving process improvements, and contributing to efficiency and standardization initiatives across the function.
• Collaborative mindset: Work collaboratively with Plant teams to develop costing assumptions.

• Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of documentation: Responsible for resolving variances on stock counts and ensuring documentation is up to date according to policies.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Degree in accountancy or finance.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Acquired experience in Supply Chain Finance Manufacturing environment (nice to have)
• A strong technical capability, especially in the use of excel and SAP
• English language proficiency; a second language would preferable.
