Title:  Plant Finance Advisor

Description:

Ready to elevate your finance career? At Kellanova, we’re not just crunching numbers; we’re shaping the future of plant operations! As a Plant Finance Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, bridging the gap between Finance and Plant Operations. You will provide crucial insights, ensure data accuracy, and drive financial success across our plant operations.

What’s in it for you? Your role will be central to our financial strategy, ensuring data accuracy, addressing variances, and supporting both day-to-day and strategic financial activities. From overseeing month-end preparations to collaborating on innovation costings, your contributions will be pivotal in driving our plant's performance. Plus, you'll gain exposure to various finance areas and have the chance to work on dynamic projects, making your journey with us both impactful and rewarding.

Based in Bucharest, you will enjoy a hybrid working style with the flexibility to balance in-office and remote work. As part of a certified Top Employer, you'll benefit from a competitive salary, annual performance bonus, 23 days of annual leave (plus an extra day off on your birthday), exclusive discounts on gym memberships, and comprehensive insurance coverage, including medical, hospitalization, and more. Additionally, there are opportunities for career expansion within the company, allowing you to grow and develop your skills further. So, are you ready to make a difference?

A Taste of What You’ll be Doing:

  • Act as a Key Link: Be present in the plant to connect Operations and Finance, providing essential insights and visibility to Finance Business Partners, Finance Managers, and GBS contacts on daily issues.
  • Analyze and Resolve Variances: Review daily variance analyses, collaborate with the Operations team to develop corrective actions, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Costing and Reporting: Work with Plant teams to develop costing assumptions for innovation at key stages and partner with the Regional GBS team to ensure accurate and timely periodic and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure accurate stock count reconciliations, maintain up-to-date documentation as per S404 policy, and support Regional GBS with requests.
  • Contribute to Savings Projects: Engage in ideation sessions for small to medium-sized savings projects and act as the primary contact for non-core GRIR variances

We’re Looking for Someone With:

  • English proficiency
  • Degree or master’s in accountancy or finance along with a professional Accountancy qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Supply Chain Manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Strong technical capabilities, especially in Excel and SAP (Anaplan is desirable).
  • Strong numerical analysis and critical thinking abilities, coupled with effective communication and collaboration skills.
