Title:  Payroll Advisor with French

As a Payroll Advisor with French, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Payroll Lead and Payroll Manager with payroll-related tasks for the French market. This position involves processing payroll in accordance with local business requirements for activities moving to the Regional Service Center.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Checking Trial Run Payroll Reports - Reviewing payroll reports based on data from Success Factors and other sources.
• Performing Corrections and Overrides - Addressing exceptions and unprocessed pay data as per cases raised in the Service Now system or received by email.
• Calculating Special Payments - Handling cancellations, replacements, retroactive calculations, and on-demand payments.
• Processing Overpayment Recoveries - Managing recoveries as per cases raised in the Service Now system and/or after Finance Payroll reconciliation.
• Supporting Audits and Compliance - Assisting in audits and ensuring statutory compliance as requested per assigned cluster.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• A Bachelor’s Degree in economics or a related field.
• Strong command of French and English.
• Demonstrated experience working in a European Payroll team, specifically with French payroll.
• Working knowledge of French legislation, payroll principles and philosophy.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and manual payroll calculations.
