Title: Overheads Junior Finance Business Partner

This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to prepare and support the budgeting, business partnering, tracking, and month-end activities for overheads under the supervision of a Finance Business Partner. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare & Support Local Overheads: Complete all related budget, forecast, and actuals processes, deliverables, and Zero-Based Budget requirements. Propose financial remediation with the appropriate leadership team and cost centre owners.
- Partners with Cost Centre Owners: Provide financial management support, value-added analysis, and insight. Hold regular review meetings, provide timely cost centre visibility, and understand, challenge, and collate risks and opportunities.
- Acts as the Zero-Based Budget Champion: Collaborate with the ZBB Centre of Excellence team, ensuring timelines are followed and targets met. Assist cost centre owners with any questions or help required around process and systems.
- Responsible for System Loads and Reconciliations: Manage all system loads and reconciliations for actuals, budget, and forecasts associated with overheads.
- Completes Ad Hoc Projects: Undertake projects related to overheads, direct charges, and brand building as necessary.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- University Degree in Finance/Business-Related field + 1 year of related GBS/Overhead/FP&A/Commercial Finance work experience essential
- Fluent English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Access, and deep Excel skills
- Strong ownership for his/her own work and actively seeks for improvement opportunities, analytical mindset, problem solving and communication skills, and attention to detail
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment cross functional with tight turnaround times for deliverables
