Title:  Master Data European Analyst (Fixed Term Contract)

Join us as Master Data European Analyst for a 12 months fix term contract in our Bucharest office and be part of a passionate and fun team, while working hybrid for a Top Employer.

 

In this exciting role you’ll ensure accurate master data, including a correct set-up and processing of changes in a timely and responsive manner.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Supply Data Management  Creates and updates supply data elements in planning systems (e.g., SAP and other supported supply systems/tools in use) centered on SAP data set-ups.
  • Data Governance & Quality  Reviews and resolves escalated data governance and data quality issues to maintain high standards.
  • External User Liaison  Liaises with external users of our data (e.g., Co-manufacturers, Co-packers) to ensure full and accurate data is available/delivered for effective planning.
  • Issue Resolution – Resolves master data issues and focuses on continuous improvement to adapt processes for new business needs.
  • Auditing Procedures – Conducts regular auditing procedures to improve efficiencies and increase data quality.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • A University degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience working in data management and/or a data-driven process, balancing time pressure and priorities.
  • Experience working with stakeholders from multiple countries.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP/BW), Excel, and master data management tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
