Title: Intercompany Data Analyst
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Kellanova is looking for a talented Intercompany Data Analyst to join our team in Bucharest. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in analysing intercompany transactions for inclusion in transfer pricing documentation, supporting the Tax team with tax audit defence and assisting the Statutory Reporting team with the intercompany elements of statutory accounts preparation.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Intercompany transaction analysis: Develop a new process to analyse and reconcile intercompany transactions on an ongoing basis. This will involve taking raw data, examining the transactions, and providing the final information for inclusion in the transfer pricing documentation.
- Supporting the Tax team with audit defence: Provide support to the Tax team when queries are raised by the Tax authorities around intercompany transactions.
- Assisting the Statutory Reporting team: Ensure that costs have been recharged in line with legal agreements and the correct mark-up has been applied, ensuring correct presentation in the financial statements and producing accurate reports for disclosure purposes.
- Supporting the Tax team on new processes: Assist in the development of new processes and documentation in respect of intercompany financial transactions.
- Analysing and reconciling intercompany balances: Analyse and reconcile current and historic intercompany balances across European statutory entities, create a process to capture and monitor these balances on an ongoing basis, and work with Kellogg Finance teams to eliminate any reconciling items.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Accountancy and/or finance, economics qualification
- English language proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills, SAP, and systems knowledge
- 2+ years working in finance or accounting processes in a multinational organization
- Strong analytical and communication skills
