Title:  Integrated Planning Manager, Cereals

As an Integrated Planning Manager, Cereals in Bucharest, you’ll be key contributor to the KEU Export business processes, E2E Platform & Portfolio teams as the SME for the Platform – Short-Medium Term time horizon. Also, this role is responsible for the effective planning and execution of Demand Interpretation, Production Planning, Inventory & Supply across all supported Markets, K-plants and Co-Mans related to assigned platform.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • The Integrated Planning Manager, Cereals may perform some or all of the work activities below:
  • Sets the short-term service, supply & production strategy agenda across all Supply Chain Planning functions to ensure seamless execution and delivery of SKU changes and best in class Customer Service for the Platform.
  • Establishes and develops strategic plans and activities to drive continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to our Customer Delivery strategic goal of “Best in Class Service through reliability, flexibility and innovation execution”, utilising the immediate team and the Supply Capability team members.
  • Is the key member of the KEU E2E & Portfolio teams, driving the decision making process and the successful planning and execution across the Supply Chain areas.
  • Leads the Supply Planning team for the designated market cluster, ensuring the organisation structure is set up for success, provides direction and leadership to offer opportunities for success and career development to direct reports.
  • Influences stakeholders in Category, Marketing, Sales, and Finance in the development, approval and execution of Integrated Planning initiatives.
  • This is not an exhaustive list and the job description may change as the business needs change, for example to adapt and sustain the new Category organization structure.

 

Your recipe for success

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field)
  • Language skills – English
  • 5 years of experience, having held roles as part of a Supply Chain management team, ideally within FMCG sector
  • Demonstrates high level influence, communication, negotiation and strategic management skills
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of all aspects of Supply Chain operations, especially in key areas such as Planning, Customer Service, and Finance
  • Has strong commercial acumen, with good understanding of market and customer requirements/dynamics both in direct delivery and distributor markets
  • Preferred CPIM or DDP certification
  • Outstanding ambiguity management and critical thinking
