Join us as ITC Deductions Business Partner in our Bucharest office.

 

The ITC Deductions Business Partner is responsible for performing work activities included in deductions portion of the Invoice to Cash (ITC) process. This role operates in support of the Global Business Services strategic objectives. Maximize cash flow by managing the invoice to cash cycle and related business relationship with Kellanova customers.

This role is based in our Bucharest, Romania office, with a hybrid working model that blends remote and on-site work.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as ITC point of contact for assigned customers, markets, and vendor partners.
  • Maintain a full understanding of customers’ strategies, policies, and key personnel, as well as Kellogg’s terms of sale, internal policies, and key personnel.
  • Support and assist Kellogg vendors and Associates in customer conversations, communications and issue resolution, moderation of critical conversations and education on Kellogg and customer policies and ways of working. Accurately investigate, validate, and support the resolution of open deductions within agreed timeframes, based on the available documentation and investigate the system errors.
  • Act as intermediary contact between different stakeholders that can influence the timely and accurate closing of the deductions.
  • Conduct trend analysis to drive continuous improvement related to ITC processes and systems.
  • Maintain a constant focus on achieving and surpassing established metrics.
  • Proactively partner with internal and external customers  and vendors to identify trends and resolve ITC issues.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Customer relationship management experience
  • Computer skills, including experience with ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of the Invoice to Cash Process
  • Deep analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a global team environment.
  • Fluency in English plus languages relevant to the assigned customers
