Title:  IBP Sr Analyst, Europe

Here at Kellanova, we are looking for a meticulous and strategic Integrated Business Planning Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team.  In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of advanced reporting systems and the mastermind behind critical analyses that drive our business forward.  Your expertise will illuminate the path for strategic business planning and inform management reviews with actionable insights.  With your finger on the pulse of Kellanova’s operations, you will empower our leaders with the information they need to make informed decisions that shape the future of our enterprise. You will be the key driver to the development and delivery of the Sales and Operations Planning process.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract, based in our office in Bucharest, Romania office on a hybrid working basis.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative team, covering our European Market. 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• System Support – You will assist in the development and optimization of sales and operations planning information systems, working with IT on design.
• Data Collection – Managing data collection from a diverse range of systems to compile in meaningful information format to support decision making.

• Sales and Operations Planning development – Develops and supports the execution of planning through sales reporting for Kellanova Europe.
• Tracking – Managing the daily order track along with in-period risk and opportunity reporting.
• Reporting – Assists in the design and development of standardized sales & operations reporting package for Kellanova Europe.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Strong analytical skills and financial insight, including a deep understanding of sales dynamics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid IT skills
• Familiarity on SAP planning, reporting systems, and processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, coupled with a customer-focused approach.
