Title:  Human Resources Continuous Improvement Process Lead

As a Human Resources Continuous Improvement Process Lead you’ll be responsible for driving efficiency and productivity targets across Global Business Service Center process areas. In this role, you’ll be working on high-impact projects that lead to significant process improvements and digital transformation. You’ll also have the chance to collaborate with senior management, take on exciting stretch projects, and play a key role in scaling and standardizing processes.

Based in Bucharest, you’ll report to Continuous Improvement and Technology Director whilst enjoying a hybrid way of working. You will be part of a certified Top Employer and have access to a comprehensive benefits package.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Ideation Sessions – Own and lead sessions to expand organizational solutions from an automation perspective, including actioning ideas and realizing value.
• Develop Governance Practices – Execute governance and best practices for Kellanova Work Systems, including desktop procedures, process maps, and value realization activities.
• Drive Continuous Improvement – Govern continuous improvement processes within the workstream and engage operational teams in best practices.
• Deliver Value Realization – Provide monthly value realization/efficiencies to cumulate into productivity for GBS.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders – Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient solutions that meet the needs of GBS and its stakeholders.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• A bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and tracking project success.
• Proficiency with tools such as PowerBI, ServiceNow, and other automation and analytics solutions.
• The ability to identify and prioritize opportunities and challenges and propose and implement effective solutions, whilst demonstrating effective use of Lean Six Sigma methodology.
