Title:  HR Generalist Advisor with Dutch

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Advise Kellanova employees and hiring managers - You’ll ensure the accuracy and timely execution of life events, status changes transactions in the system, particularly in relation to onboarding, system hiring, changes, leave of absence management, exit management or retirement.
  • Preparation of relevant documentation - You’ll issue documentation for employees and managers: contracts, addendums, exit letters, leave management specific documentation, work certificates, enrolment forms and others.
  • Take the lead of process ownership - You may own one or several regional HR processes and may acts as a coach for other GBS generalists on those processes.
  • Candidate Onboarding and Learning & Development - Providing an impactful candidate experience and supporting the organisation of trainings.
  • Providing input for HR processes and documentation - Work closely with Authorities and Internal/External Auditors, sharing knowledge and documentation regarding HR processes.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills coupled with good Dutch and English knowledge.
  • A flexible, problem-solving approach.  A strong team player
  • Ability to work and manage tasks in a fast-paced environ
