Title: Freight Audit & Costing Analyst (12 Months Fixed Term Contract)
Are you ready to join a dynamic team at Kellanova as a Freight Audit & Costing Analyst (12 Months Fixed-Term Contract)? This hybrid role, based in Bucharest, offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our logistics and financial operations. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for examining and verifying freight invoices for accuracy and approval of payment, auditing freight bills to ensure they align with agreed rates and terms and investigating any variances.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure freight costing is in line with company policies and procedures: Meticulously review and ensure that all freight costs adhere to our established policies and procedures, maintaining financial integrity and accuracy.
- Raise necessary requisitions in SAP: Raise all necessary requisitions for freight spend in SAP, ensuring alignment with the current financial map of the General Ledger and Cost Centers for transportation P&L.
- Review and ensure successful invoicing: Review and ensure that all shipments have been successfully invoiced as per agreed prices, maintaining a seamless billing process.
- Communicate with hauliers and perform self-billing: Communicate with hauliers, perform the self-billing invoice, and track updates, discrepancies, and sign-offs, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Examine, adjust, and verify bills for accuracy: Examine, adjust, and verify bills for accuracy, facilitating and improving the efficiency of the current routing of freight bills and the billing cycle time from carrier freight bill to client payment
We’re Looking for Someone With
- University Degree or equivalent preferably in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- English (intermediate or advanced).
- Familiarity with standard processes and business policies.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
