A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• To provide FP&A/Category/Business units support, in line with the FP&R team objectives: coordinate the marketing financial activities (advertising and promotion.
• Ensure all direct charges activities are performed in line with the budget and forecasting exercises Support the budgeting, tracking and month end activities for FP&A/Category/Business units
• Delivery of accurate and timely Category/Business units financial reporting
• Responsible for implementing and driving continuous improvement mindset both at the tactical level by applying operational excellence methodologies and by working with the Global Team on strategic initiatives to improve the end to end FBP process
• Ensure consistent application and adherence of all Kellanova F&A policies, including GAAP, SOX, corporate tax structure (i.e., ROUPEE), and audit requirements as well as adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

We’re Looking for Someone With

• University Degree in Finance/Business-Related field or FP&A/Commercial Finance work experience essential – at least 1 year
• Fluent English (Italian is an advantage)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Access, and deep Excel skills
• Strong ownership for his/her own work and actively seeks for improvement opportunities, analytical mindset, problem solving and communication skills, and attention to detail
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment cross functional with tight turnaround times for deliverables
