As an E2E Performance Transport Manager in Bucharest, you’ll effectively improve the transportation capability through the ownership of cost performance, analytics and reporting, driving end to end continuous improvement projects and helping to become more digital in the future.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Leads up to 6 direct reports in Bucharest.
- Has operational targets such as OTA, Cost per Trip, Truck Fill Rate, Tender Adherence.
- Is responsible to ensure accuracy of the financial budget by period, by year.
- Processes the month-end report with on-time completion.
- Has a yearly savings target/project pipeline.
- Delivers the budget plan and its reviews.
- Connecting with stakeholders on a regular base and permanently extend the network.
- Fostering higher efficiencies through Continuous improvement

Your recipe for success
- University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, or related field
- Experience in Logistic and Supply Chain in an international environment would be an advantage.
- Understanding of transportation rules and regulations; standard processes and business policies
- Financial fluency with transportation costs and reporting
- Proficient knowledge of a Transport Management System
- Experience in DRP and DRP system
- Leadership experience of minimum 2 years
- Excellent common computer skills, including experience with ERP/SAP systems and MS Office tools, mainly Excel.
- Ability to drive very strong results, winning with customers and cross-functional collaboration at the same time.
- Perseverance takes the initiative, curious, autonomous, rigorous, structured, analytical, and problem-solving mind-set.
- Ability to work in a team environment with clear continuous improvement mind-set.
- Strong operational knowledge
- History of cost reduction or avoidance projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Language skills – English any other languages are a plus
