A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Financial Delivery Support – Ensuring support on financial delivery of budget and strategic outlooks for each of the 4 European regions and 3 Categories (cereals, snacks & Pringles) through monthly follow-up on rolling forecast and variance analysis.
• Consolidation and Technical Support – Providing support to the Finance Delivery Business Partner on the consolidation for multiannual target setting and technical support for target deployment, as well as quarterly RGM consolidation for each Category by RGM pillar.
• Financial Modelling and Pre-Visibility Consolidation – Supporting financial modelling through building business cases for product portfolio adjustment and providing support on consolidation for the pre-visibility on light/strategic estimates’ financial submissions to the European Leadership team at market/region level.
• Monthly Results Consolidation – Monthly consolidation of results at region level provided to the European Leadership Team with comments on key drivers for variance vs budget, latest strategic outlook, and PY.
• Relationship Building and Adhoc Project Work – Building strong relationships and working as part of the integrated European Category Finance team to ensure synergy between business and finance departments, along with handling adhoc project work as required.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• A University Degree in Finance/Business or Related Field.
• Experience in GBS, FP&A, or Commercial Finance.
• Expertise in systems like SAP and BPC Reporting & advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, and deep Excel knowledge.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills – Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.
