Title: Commercial Cluster Finance Business Partner
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of finance? Kellanova is seeking a talented Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Bucharest. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to provide the specific market, FP&A & Category units with support, value-added analysis, and insight to assist the business in efficient management and control of our planning cycle.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure Accurate & Timely Submission: You will be responsible for the accurate and timely submission of FP&R process deliverables for the your cluster and region, including forecasting and budgeting. Your attention to detail will ensure that all financial data is precise and submitted on time.
- Collaborate with FP&R Teams: Work closely with FP&R teams to challenge, identify, and lead the implementation of standardization and simplification initiatives. Your efforts will drive a sustainable, process-centric organization that operates efficiently and effectively.
- Provide Financial Management Support: Offer financial management support, value-added analysis (e.g: Risk and Opportunities, mix analysis) and insight. You will provide timely financial statements visibility and understanding, challenge and collate risks and opportunities, and support brand building and innovation initiatives.
- Ensure Completion of Financial Processes: Oversee the completion of all related budget, forecast, and actuals processes, deliverables, and requirements for your cluster and the region. You will build standard and ad-hoc reports using SAP, Anaplan, and BPC, ensuring they are delivered by agreed deadlines.
- Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Conduct balance sheet reconciliation (accruals, prepayments GL accounts) in the Candecy system after month-end closing. You will ensure visibility on aged items and understand consolidation and reporting principles, ensuring consistency of the numbers presented to stakeholders.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or General Management is required.
- Strong experience and technical knowledge in Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling, or Reporting.
- Solid experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Anaplan, and proficiency in Excel.
- A sound understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the English language is essential for this role, Italian as second language would be preferred.
