Title:  Employee Relations & HR Initiative Lead

This hybrid position will be based in Boulogne-Billancourt in our Kartier General. You will be working together with cross-functional teams, regions, and channels across the business. This role reports to our Senior Human Resources Business Partner with a team of 5 people.

 A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing


  • Set the Pace - You’ll lead ongoing Works Council partnership and associated activities that means preparing, managing and co-leading meetings related to the employee relations agenda.
  • Strategic Partnership - Ensuring strong collaboration with various stakeholders across all associated Employee Relation activities and maintaining strong partnerships with the European Employee Relations COE and external partners will be important.
  • Risk AssessmentYou’ll proactively manage and advise Leaders like HR Teams on various social law issues based on the situation and associated risk analysis.
  • Fresh Thinking – You’ll be the one in charge to keep up to date with local trends, new legislation, European HR initiatives requiring negotiation, and develop consultation plans and strategies.
  • Collaboration is Key - Maintaining a calm and controlled social dialogue is a key of successful employee relations.
  • Policy Compliance Oversight - Managing agreements and policies to ensure compliance and updating as required.
  • Continuous Improvement - Bringing a continuous improvement mindset and approach to advance the organisation strategy and people agenda.


We’re Looking for Someone With


  • Extensive experience leading Employee, social relations, specialising in social and Labour Law within an FMCG or comparable Industry.
  • Excellent working knowledge of French Labour Law, Works Councils and Employee Relations best practice.
  • Prior experience in Human Resources Generalist or Human Resources Business Partnering roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence, communicate with impact, and manage stakeholders across various levels.
  • Fluency in French and English.
