Field Sales Representative - 12 Months Assignment

Our colleagues in the Italian Sales team are looking for a new Field Sales Representative for Emilia Romagna area.

 

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Responsible for maximizing Kellogg Brands sales and reaching qualitative objectives in their POS, guaranteeing an excellent execution of the Trade Marketing 4 Ps;
  • Responsible for defining their POS panel and their effective coverage (weekly visit schedule);
  • Periodically analyses, sharing views/opinions with their manager to identify short- and medium-term actions;
  • Monitor the market and competitor’s evolution in their territory;
  • Continuously supplying reports and recommendations re. Interventions;
  • Collaborate with RAM/NAM in managing the assigned banners responsibility providing recommendation/anticipations through coordination of other FSR;
  • Promote Kellogg image in the market and supplies valid recommendations to anticipate market and trade changes.

 

 YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of the products, Knowledge and use of sales tools;
  • Good knowledge of Categories, Brand strategies, Consumer and Shopper behaviour;
  • Leadership skills in order to inspire motivate and lead a team, high communication skills, proactive and initiative taking, a good team worker, loyal to both role and company, enthusiastic and dedicated;
  • Fluent in Italian and English is necessary;
  • University degree required, preferably economics or similar.
