Title: Talent Coordinator Pacific
Are you passionate about helping people grow and building strong leadership teams? Join our Human Resources team as a Talent Coordinator Pacific. In this role, you’ll partner with leaders across Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Argentina, and Chile to develop key talent, strengthen critical capabilities, and prepare the organization for the future.
You’ll lead regional initiatives related to Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, and Capability Building, using data and business insights to create meaningful development opportunities. This hybrid role is based in Bogotá, with three days in the office and two days working from home.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Grow Our Talent: Lead Talent Reviews, succession plans, and development actions for key talent and critical positions.
- Build Future Capabilities: Identify skill gaps and create learning, upskilling, and development initiatives aligned with business needs.
- Develop Strong Leaders: Facilitate leadership programs, workshops, and career conversations while advising managers on talent development.
- Shape the Organization: Support organizational effectiveness, transformation, and change initiatives across the Pacific region.
- Turn Data into Action: Analyze talent metrics and provide insights on succession readiness, mobility, retention, leadership pipeline, and talent risks.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Approximately 6–7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development.
- Experience leading Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and leadership or capability-development initiatives.
- Strong talent assessment, analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to partner with leaders and translate business needs into practical talent solutions.
- Experience supporting Commercial, Sales, Negotiation, or Distribution teams is strongly preferred.
