Title: Sr. Sales Representative
Are you passionate about driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships? Join our Customer Development team as a Sales Representative. You’ll be responsible for delivering sell-in and sell-out results across your assigned territory, developing customers and distributors, and executing commercial strategies that drive sustainable growth.
In this role, you will lead the execution of customer development initiatives, maximize brand distribution, strengthen market presence, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve commercial objectives. You will play a key role in expanding coverage, improving execution, and accelerating business performance within the traditional trade channel. This is a Bogota-based role.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
• Territory Management and Growth: Analyze, plan, and execute sell-in and sell-out strategies across the territories of Cundinamarca, Boyaca, and Villavicencio to deliver business targets and accelerate market growth.
• Customer and Distributor Development: Build strong partnerships with customers and distributors, driving business opportunities and sustainable growth within the traditional trade channel.
• Distribution and Market Expansion: Increase distribution coverage and strengthen share of market by maximizing brand presence across Mom & Pops, wholesalers, and independent supermarkets.
• Investment and Portfolio Management: Monitor commercial investments and account performance to ensure efficient resource allocation and profitable growth.
• Execution Excellence: Lead in-market execution, ensuring commercial strategies are effectively implemented while influencing distributor sales teams and operational partners.
We’re Looking for Someone With
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Administrative Engineering, or related fields.
• +4 years of commercial experience managing key accounts, traditional trade customers, and distributors within consumer goods environments.
• Proven experience leading and influencing commercial teams and distributor sales organizations.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of traditional trade dynamics, distribution management, and execution excellence.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Proven skills required: Customer focus, drive for results, strategic mindset, courage, and ability to build effective teams and engagement.
