Title:  Sanitarian Analyst

Description: 

Do you enjoy ensuring food safety through effective coordination? Join our Quality & Food Safety team as a Sanitation & Foreign Material Control Coordinator.

 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for sustaining and improving prerequisite programs (Cleaning, Sanitization, Pest Control) and Foreign Material Control, aligned with the QFS Master Plan. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement.

 

This position is based in Bogotá

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

:

  • Sanitation & Pest Control: Oversees Cleaning, Disinfection, Pest Control, and Foreign Material Control programs under the QFS Master Plan.
  • Audits & Compliance: Conducts audits and inspections, ensuring corrective actions and regulatory compliance.
  • Training: Delivers core trainings on prerequisite programs to operational and housekeeping teams.
  • KPIs & Budget: Tracks key metrics and ensures proper budget execution for assigned programs.
  • Improvement & Incidents: Drives continuous improvement and investigates consumer complaints or FSIs.

 

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Microbiology, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2+ years in Sanitation, Pest Control, or Foreign Material Control (Food, Pharma, or FMCG).
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills across all organizational levels and external providers.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with solution-oriented approach.
  • Digital Skills: Power BI, Power Apps, Advanced Excel (macros).
  • Content Creation: Training materials, presentations, and videos.
  • Continuous Improvement: Six Sigma, Lean, Industry 4.0, or OKRs (preferred).
