Title:  RE Development Sr. Execution Modern Trade North Pacific

Are you passionate about transforming commercial strategies into outstanding execution at the point of sale? Join our North Pacific Commercial team as an RE Development Sr. – Execution Modern Trade, where you will help strengthen our execution capabilities and accelerate sustainable growth across the Modern Trade channel.

In this role, you will develop and implement execution strategies tailored to our customers and regional needs. You will partner with Sales, Category Management, Trade Marketing and field teams to identify opportunities, improve in-store performance and ensure consistent execution of our Perfect Store standards.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive the Execution Strategy: Develop and implement plans to strengthen in-store execution across Modern Trade customers in North Pacific.
• Strengthen Perfect Store Standards: Ensure the correct implementation of availability, portfolio, price, promotion and exhibition guidelines.
• Analyze Execution Performance: Monitor key indicators, sell-in, sell-out and inventory data to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
• Turn Insights into Action: Translate customer, channel and market information into clear initiatives that improve execution and commercial results.
• Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with Sales, Category Management, Trade Marketing and field teams to align priorities and ensure effective implementation.
• Adapt Regional Plans: Tailor execution strategies to the needs, dynamics and opportunities of the North Pacific market.

Your Recipe for Success

• Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Solid experience in Modern Trade, commercial execution, trade marketing, customer development or related roles within the consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of Perfect Store principles and point-of-sale execution indicators.
• Experience analyzing sell-in, sell-out, inventory and execution KPIs.
• Ability to translate data and insights into practical commercial actions.
• Strong communication, influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset, results orientation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
