Title:  HR Coordinator (Temporal)

Are you passionate about designing and leading training strategies for production teams? Join our SCH team as an HR Coordinator (T). You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing training and technical development strategies for operations and maintenance personnel and participate in and lead projects on organizational culture, work environment, and change management.

 

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Strategic Learning & Development: Design and implement technical training programs to support the growth of individuals and teams, aligned with the plant’s strategy, incorporating a flexible design tailored to the characteristics of the plant
  • Employee Growth: Design and implement a system to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs for operational and technical staff, ensuring learning using methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Budget Management: Integrate and manage the training and learning budget for operational staff, overseeing expenses related to the delivery of programs defined in the master plan, ensuring full compliance.
  • Rewards & Recognition Program Management: Communicate the most relevant results of training programs to functional leaders and the Plant HRBP and Collaborate in the implementation and follow-up of the Rewards and Recognition Program, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with plant objectives

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Junior HRBP with experience in recruitment, training, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills, business understanding, leadership, and initiative.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Solid technical knowledge of manufacturing and equipment.
