Title: Customer Marketing Executive
Do you enjoy bringing brands to life at the point of sale and creating meaningful shopper experiences? Join our Commercial team as a Customer Marketing Executive for the Traditional Channel. In this role, you’ll support the execution of our customer marketing strategy, ensuring timely and impactful roll-out of activations and shopper programs. You’ll help adapt brand plans to the specific dynamics of the HFS channel, connecting Marketing and Sales to drive visibility, engagement, and in-store excellence.
You’ll play a key role in translating insights into action—bringing shopper strategy to life and supporting business growth through flawless execution. This is your opportunity to make a real impact at the intersection of strategy and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brands show up strong where it matters most. This position is based in Bogotá.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Cross-functional Support: Work with Brand, Trade, and Sales teams to ensure communication flow and execution consistency. Participate in key meetings and provide updates on channel activities
- Channel Execution: Supports the adaptation of brand campaigns and the execution of promotional plans to ensure effective in-store implementation across the HFS channel.
- Operational Coordination: Coordinates materials, suppliers, and timelines to enable seamless activation and delivery of shopper marketing initiatives.
- Reporting & Analysis: Tracks performance, analyzes results, and provides insights to optimize future activations and support data-driven decision-making.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Sales roles (FMCG preferred).
- Strong understanding of customer/channel dynamics and shopper behavior.
- Excellent project management and execution skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
- Collaboration and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Nielsen, Kantar, or other shopper data tools is a plus.Creative
