Title:  Category Managment Coordinator

Are you passionate about driving category growth through shopper insights and strategic collaboration? Join Kellanova as a Category Management Coordinator. In this role, you will support the decision-making process by optimizing resources, identifying assortment and cross-category opportunities, and strengthening collaboration with suppliers to drive category growth. This position is located in Bogota

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the relation with companies that provide insiths of the market: Dunhumbby, Nielsen and analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends to conclude actions for growth sales.
• Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better share of shelf and assortment.
• Cross-functional working with internal & external key contacts.
• Develop new cross-category strategies.
• Develop and maintain the CATMAN rol in each customer.
• Devise long-term development strategies for product categories.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor´s Degree
• Preview experience in CATMAN Rol in consumer goods companies.
• Strong analytical ability
• Effective communication tools
• Intermediate English level - advanced
• Ability to identify and effectively resolve issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
