Title:  Brand Head

Description: 

Are you passionate about building brands and driving consumer demand across diverse markets? Join our Marketing team as a Brand Head, where you will lead regional consumer demand across the Pacific Region. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recommending and executing marketing actions that bring the brand’s long-term strategy to life across key markets, ensuring the delivery of profit, volume, and market share objectives.

As a regional marketing leader, you will drive end-to-end strategic projects—from ideation to launch and performance tracking—while collaborating closely with cross-functional and multicultural teams. You will play a critical role in shaping pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising, and promotional strategies across the region.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Regional Brand Strategy Leadership: Lead and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with long-term brand objectives across multiple Pacific markets.
  • End-to-End Project Management: Drive strategic initiatives across the full E2E process, including concept development, execution, launch, and performance tracking across 8 countries.
  • Consumer & Shopper Insights: Identify, analyze, and capitalize on consumer and shopper trends, need states, and motivations to ensure winning and efficient innovation projects.
  • Business Performance Monitoring: Closely monitor sales volumes, market share trends, competitive activity, and campaign effectiveness to optimize results.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Marketing, Finance, Innovation, Manufacturing, and regional category teams to deliver integrated marketing plans.
  • Budget & Investment Management: Lead Brand Building (BB) investment and co-own promotional and overhead budgets, ensuring effective ROI and financial discipline.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • +5 years of business experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration–related areas, preferably within FMCG/CPG environments.
  • Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals, including brand strategy, consumer insights, shopper activation, route to market, and P&L management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across multifunctional and multicultural teams.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel; experience with Nielsen or similar market analytics tools is a plus.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • English proficiency to conduct business conversations in a regional setting.
