What you’ll do
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Reliability Supervisor supports the Blue Anchor, NJ Maintenance Team for the Accelerator business—the division supporting KIND, Tru Fru, Nature's Bakery, and the newly acquired Kellanova brands. The role is responsible for leading and developing maintenance technicians, improving equipment reliability, executing maintenance strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that support safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing operations. As the Accelerator division continues to evolve, this role will partner with plant leadership and operations teams to strengthen maintenance processes, implement reliability best practices, and support the growth and performance of the Blue Anchor facility.
This position works from 7 pm - 7 am. This facility is a 24/7 operation.

- Strategize to Win - Directing, training and developing maintenance team members in their area of expertise
- Drive Efficiency - Using problem solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate maintenance issues
- Impact Results - Identifying opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN manufacturing principals
- Take a New Angle - Identifying, implementing, and documenting maintenance and reliability best practices
We’re Looking for Someone With
- High School Diploma/GED and related work experience
- Prior experience within plant maintenance or industrial maintenance is preferred
- Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP
- Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work an off shift
Compensation
The annual salary range is $77,200-$106,150, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
