Title: Customer Collaboration & Demand Planning Manager
Are you passionate about driving collaborative value across the Supply Chain? Join our team as the Customer Collaboration & Demand Planning Manager, and take charge of strategic customer. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts to optimize demand planning, enhance on-shelf availability, and strengthen distributor partnerships.
From forecasting accuracy to commercial risk management, you’ll be at the heart of decision-making that fuels growth, improves service levels, and delivers seamless execution aligned with customer expectations and KPIs.
This role will be remote and located Puerto Rico.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Cross-Functional Value Creation: Collaborate with multifunctional teams to drive joint value, enhancing gross sales, service levels, and on-shelf availability
- Collaborative Forecasting: Integrate Customer Development and Distributor Sell-Out data to build accurate Sell-In forecasts and demand plans across sourcing channels
- Sales Target Management: Lead daily tracking of sales targets, flagging risks and enabling agile decision-making with cross-functional teams
- Monthly Forecasting & Visibility: Deliver comprehensive Sell-In and Sell-Out projections to ensure business transparency and alignment
- Service Level Ownership: Manage key performance indicators including Fill Rate, On-Time Delivery, Demand Planning Accuracy, and On Shelf Availability
- Customer Engagement Strategy: Design and implement programs that strengthen customer relationships and drive mutual value
- Demand Accuracy & Store Execution: Supervise Sell-Out Forecast inputs to ensure product availability and flawless store performance
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor Degree Administrative Areas, Engineering or related majors
- 8-10 years experience in Customer Service Area and Logistic/Distribution
- Forecasting Knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of Excel, Power BI and SAP
- Experience working with Direct & Indirect Trade Customers / Distributors
- Solid people manager skills
- Advanced English
