Title: Project Engineer, Facilities and Utilities Technology
As a Project Engineer, Facilities & Utilities Technology at Kellanova, you will spearhead the integration of cutting-edge engineering technologies aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, lowering upfront and operational costs, and extending the lifespan of our facility and utility systems. Your efforts will ensure that our manufacturing sites maintain the highest standards of quality, productivity, and capacity. This role requires 25% travel to various manufacturing and office locations as needed. You can be based out of our locations in Battle Creek, MI; Cary, NC; Grand Rapids, MI; Jackson, TN; Rome, GA; Zanesville, OH; Chicago, IL; or San Jose, CA.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Safety First- Develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols, including personnel safety, food safety, and sanitary requirements.
- Lead with Excellence- Serve as the subject matter expert for new technologies and project expertise, providing guidance to North American and international manufacturing locations.
- Set the Standard- Define and drive the global strategic direction and priorities to ensure our facilities are equipped for the future.
- Collaboration is Key- Partner with vendors, manufacturing teams, and corporate leadership to understand and address business needs.
- Program Management- Oversee the design, development, budgeting, and timely delivery of all new technology initiatives.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, with a minimum of 4 years of technical experience, or 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in collaborating on project teams.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex and detailed information to diverse audiences with varying levels of expertise.
Compensation
The annual salary range is $110,800 - $145,425, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
