Title: Procurement Operations Coordinator
As a Procurement Operations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our procurement activities, driving efficiency and innovation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with diverse teams, develop strategic supplier relationships, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
As a Procurement Operations Coordinator, you will leverage your expertise in procurement and demand planning to ensure continuous supply availability, exceptional supplier service, and cost optimization. You will play a crucial role in connecting with stakeholders to manage supply schedules and optimize costs effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring market trends and supplier performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance procurement processes.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Procurement Execution- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding daily operational activities. Ensure supply availability, schedule adherence, cost optimization, contract execution, and the successful delivery of initiatives.
- Planning and Communication- Manage ingredient and packaging materials, identify supply risks and service opportunities, and execute packaging changes at internal and external manufacturing locations. Assist in planning and executing projects and initiatives that support business growth.
- Collaboration- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand the needs of internal customers and ensure external customers deliver products on time and in full supply.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- High school diploma/GED.
- Supply Chain or Operations experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
Compensation
The annual salary range is $74,080 - $97,230, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
