A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Corporate Reporting  Use your analytical expertise and knowledge of the external environment to lead Kellanova's annual corporate environmental, social, and governance reporting and disclosures. You will collaborate with data owners across the enterprise to ensure data integrity and manage timely and accurate reporting of progress against the company's Better Days Promise commitments. Familiarity with DJSI, Project Gigaton, CDP, HRC, and other reporting preferred.
  • Measurement—This role will develop data governance processes, providing counsel on ways to improve metrics, communication, and quality of data. You will also help the organization monitor trends and bring proactive leadership to current environmental, governance, and social trends, reporting and disclosure requirements, and support best practice sharing. You will also nurture cross-functional relationships to guide, support, and connect the dots between Kellanova's global business operations and internal and external reporting requests.
  • Stakeholder Management  Relationship management is critical to this role. You will be responsible for directly liaising with internal and external stakeholders and agency partners. Communication skills will be integral to this role. Consulting with our global teams, you will manage deadlines and lead the successful collection of data and stories that support Kellanova's Better Days Promise agenda.
  • Project Management  Leverage your time management, communications, and project management skills to help Kellanova improve its year-over-year performance on critical surveys, benchmarks, and assessments. Support the planning, execution, and ongoing storytelling for Kellanova's global environmental, social, and governance corporate report. Support GRI, SASB, and TCFD reporting.
