Title: Launch Program Manager
As a Launch Program Manager, you will play a key role in the overall management and success of multiple new product launches, product improvements, line extensions, and regulatory programs. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities. Your problem-solving skills play a crucial role in Kellanova's Growth. This is a hybrid role, located in Battle Creek, MI but there may be flexibility for individuals in the Chicago, IL area. Estimated travel is up to 10% (may vary depending on location of residency.

Working collaboratively with cross functional partners, you will help guide each project from concept to market.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Project Leadership and Execution – Develop, manage, and execute complex projects, while delivering to cost, schedule, and performance. Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams.
- Innovation Support – Ensure the Innovation Process and Program enable the completion of key activities. This includes providing senior management with appropriate information to make timely decisions and choices for the portfolio.
- Risk Management & Contingency Planning – Foresee and proactively address potential business or technical issues. Ensure contingency plans are available from each respective function as required to deliver category goals.
- Building Effective Teams – Play a key role in setting goals, expectations and communicating updates. The ability to drive engagement among your team members and progress toward the team’s goals is critical for success.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field and experience in R&D, Engineering, Operations or Business Management at a Consumer-Packaged Goods Company (CPG).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels.
- Negotiation and alignment driving skills are key.
- Significant experience with innovation management as a functional team member.
- People management and team leadership experience is a bonus point.
- Agile project management experience is preferred.
Compensation
The annual salary range is $116,300- $152,700, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
