Description:

As an Associate Facilities Engineer for the Kellanova North America (KNA) region you will provide scope definition on KNA projects according to global standards. You will serve as a critical resource for facility infrastructure investment, planning, execution, and troubleshooting following global programs. This includes but is not limited to roofs, floors, structural loadings, walls, ceilings, pavement, fire protection systems, etc. Bonus points for food manufacturing or equivalent hygienic design industry experience.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

Lead with Excellence – Act as the subject matter expert to the North America manufacturing locations for technical and/or project expertise.
Program Management – Design, develop, maintain the budget, and on-time delivery for all facilities programs.
Develop Capability - Support regional facility managers with troubleshooting and root cause analysis as well as capability building.
Collaboration – Build and maintain relationships with vendors, manufacturing teams, and corporate leadership for facility program deployment, gap closure, and execution.

Your Recipe for Success

Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering.
Proven ability to work cross functionally with many different stakeholders and influence at all levels of the organization.
Experience in budgets to plan effectively, proactively solves problems, identifies and shares opportunities and issues.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
