Title:  Administrative Analyst


We're on the lookout for a top-tier Administrative Analyst to join our dynamic Insights and Analytics team! As the right hand to our Vice President of Insights & Analytics and Revenue Growth Management, you will provide unparalleled administrative support while diving deep into the world of data analysis. We're seeking someone who not only excels in managing schedules and correspondence, but who is also ready to crunch numbers and uncover valuable insights that drive our decision-making process. The role will be based out of Battle Creek, MI and will work in a flexible, hybrid model with weekly in-office days.

Leveraging data and tools to fuel fact-based strategies you will help propel our company forward. You will be a key player in shaping the future of our business through the power of insights. Fostering a culture of teamwork, you will collaborate with other team members to support company-wide initiatives and projects.


A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing


  • Administrative Support – Expertly organizing your VP’s calendar, appointments, and team travel arrangements, you will ensure seamless operations and optimal time management. This position will perform other general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and managing office supplies. You will ensure a smooth execution by assisting in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences. 
  • Document Preparation - You will skillfully prepare and organize documents, reports, presentation, and correspondences for meetings. In addition, you will coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders on behalf of the VP.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting - Assisting in collecting and analyzing data from various sources, you will provide valuable insights for informed decision making. We will also look to you to support the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards, facilitating easy access to critical information. 
  • Strategic Initiative Support – You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives. You will drive effective strategies by leveraging your analytical skills. 
  • Confidentiality and Professionalism - Handling confidential and sensitive information, you will be required to have the utmost discretion and professionalism. Maintaining trust and integrity is key. 


We’re Looking for Someone With


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or similar role. Including excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software is a must.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
