Global Level: GL 2

 

  • The role is responsible for executing foundational HR programs across the ~600-employee workforce. This role ensures seamless delivery of workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, and communications & engagement activities.
  • Working closely with HRBPs, you will be the backbone of HR service delivery on the ground—keeping programs on track, data accurate, and employees supported through key touchpoints in their journey.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Talent acquisition & onboarding
    • Coordinate end-to-end technician hiring logistics: schedule assessment days, manage candidate communication, coordinate medical checks, and prepare offer documentation.
    • Execute onboarding activities for new technicians: prepare onboarding packs, coordinate induction schedules, track completion of documentation (EPF, SOCSO, tax forms, uniform distribution).
    • Maintain TA trackers and dashboards (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, onboarding completion).
    • Support salaried recruitment coordination as needed (interview scheduling, candidate experience, documentation)..
  • Communication & engagement
    • Execute plant-wide communications and engagement activities: organize townhalls, coordinate floor walks, manage recognition program logistics (certificates, gifts, communication).
    • Support employee survey administration: distribute surveys, track completion rates, consolidate feedback, and support action planning sessions.
    • Maintain engagement tracker and ensure follow-through on action items.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
    • Own HR administration for the full employee lifecycle: new hire documentation, probation tracking, contract renewals, transfer letters, promotion letters, exit documentation.
    • Coordinate exit processes: clearance forms, exit interviews, final settlement coordination with HR Operations.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity (SuccessFactors updates).
  • People analytics & reporting
    • Maintain core HR dashboards: attrition, time-to-fill, onboarding completion, probation.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly HR review decks
    • Support ad hoc data requests and analysis.
  • General HR
    • Respond to employee queries on HR policies, benefits, leave balances, and processes.
    • Maintain HR notice boards, update plant HR communications materials, and ensure accessibility of HR resources.
    • Support HR audits (ERSA, internal compliance checks) by preparing documentation and tracking closure of findings.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • 4–6 years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or large-scale frontline environments.
  • Strong grounding in HR operations, TA coordination, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar) and comfort with data management and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities.
  • Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset; looks for ways to streamline and simplify
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
