Title:  RGM and Market Development Specialist

Are you early in your commercial career and ready to make an impact? Kellanova is looking for a dynamic and data-driven RGM & Market Development Specialist (Fixed Term Contract for 12 months) to join our driven team in Greece.

Join our Mediterranean Commercial Team and help shape category strategies, optimize product assortments, and turn data into action. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while working alongside experienced professionals.

This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, managing distributor markets along with executing Revenue Growth Management (RGM) plans that align with our category ambitions.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Execution of RGM Strategy: Help bring Revenue Growth Management strategies to life, adapting plans to local market needs in co-ordination with other team members
  • Assortment & Mix Optimisation: Contribute to product mix analysis and help improve shelf efficiency and consumer relevance. Your work will help maximise shelf efficiency and consumer relevance.
  • Analysing Trade Plans: Dive deep into trade plans across Mediterranean markets and brand levels using our suite of tools and capabilities. Your insights will guide smarter investment and promotional decisions.
  • Supporting Commercial Plans: Execute commercial strategies for your allocated markets, working together with the Market Development & RGM Manager to ensure flawless delivery and impact.
  • Monitoring & Improving Performance: Track progress against set objectives, evaluate success, and proactively suggest enhancements to the Market Development & RGM Manager. Your feedback will help shape our future decisions.
  • Identifying Market Insights & Opportunities: Work with data sources like IRI, Nielsen, and POS to identify trends and opportunities, translating them into actionable ideas with support from the broader team.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Excellent interpersonal skills & collaboration
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle broad workloads, overcome barriers, prioritise effectively and manage changing requirements
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in trade or commercial analytics
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
