Title: Field Sales Representative
Are you an outgoing, dynamic, and forward thinker with a passion for people and building relationships? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. Here at Kellanova we are looking for a Field Sales Representative for a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering the Oslo and Østfold areas. You’ll visit stores to increase sales and grow Kellogg’s products across our key categories: Salty Snacks, RTEC, and Muesli. You’ll build strong relationships with store managers, influencing product placement, promotions, and in-store visibility. Your role will focus on expanding distribution, executing sales strategies, and working closely with our wider sales team to ensure success.
This is a great chance for someone new to sales to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic FMCG industry. We provide full training, support, and the opportunity to make an impact with iconic brands.

- Grow Sales: Build strong relationships with customers and boost sales across your territory.
- Maximise Product Visibility: Ensure our products are well-stocked and attractively displayed to drive sales.
- Engage with Customers: Offer product training and support to retailers, solving issues quickly to build loyalty.
- Gather Market Insights: Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Meet Targets: Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain accurate records of your activities.

- The ability to communicate effectively and build strong, lasting relationships.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service.
- Self-motivation and strong time management skills.
- A basic understanding of sales principles and retail operations.
- The capability to make quick decisions and solve problems effectively.
- Clean driving licence
